  • Q We are small wholesaler, do you accept small order?

    We can accept small order, it is no problem at all. We would like to grow up with you together.

  • Q We want to be your agent in our area. How to do? 

    Please send E-mail to us about your idea and profile .

  • Q What's your delivery port and delivery time?

    Our delivery port is qingdao port in China .Per 40HQ container's delivery time is 10-15 days after 30% deposit received. 

  • Q How about your warranty? 

    Warranty is five years. 

  • Q Can you make the door according to our drawing?

    Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first,then we talk in details.If we can't make it ,we will inform customer.

  • Q What's your special service?

    1). Overseas installation service:After finish production,we will send customers production photos.If no problem,then customers pay the balance:<o:p>

     

    2).After finish loading container,we will send loading details and loading pictures for you reference . 

  • Q What's your trade terms and payment term? 

    Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR ans CIF.Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production,the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).

  • Q What's your policy for samples? 

    For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation.But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order next time. 

  • Q Are you the factory?

    Yes, we are the factory , with 100,000 square meters workshop and more than 500 workers ,we have been in this field for 20 years.
