Each wpc door is packed with PE film and extra PVC corner protected than in indiviual strong carton box, wpc door fram and architrave is also packed individually in different boxes.

>ABOUT SAMPLE
-We provide the small size WPC door panel sample for Free :
300*500*40 mm with honeycomb paper or PU foam infilling, about 5KG.
-We provide the small size Complete WPC door set sample:
600*800*100 mm with WPC door frame and architrave, different infillings as required, about 30KG.
(This sample will charge 50$ per set, if the customer would place the order to us, then we can make this sample fee as a part of the deposit.)
>ABOUT SERVICE
-Overseas installation service:After finish production,we will send customers production photos.If no problem,then customers pay the balance.
-After finish loading container,we will send loading details and loading pictures for you reference .
>ABOUT DELIVERY
-Our delivery port is Ningbo or Shanghai port in China. Per 40HQ container's delivery time is 10-15 days after 30% deposit received.

1.We don not use any painting, so ours doors are environmental, which contain very few formaldehyde. All of edges, we use PVC color to do heating transfer, no painting, very smooth.
2.We choose to use our own special Wood Plastic Composites boards for both sides of the door, so our doors are stronger, more durable, can be used in different area, like Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East, because of its moisture proof, heat insulation, Moth proofing, etc.
3.When the WPC boards produced after,We use laminating machine to do the hot laminating firstly, then cold laminating secondly, to make sure the PVC firm can fit the WPC board closely. So that deformation, tackles, cracks will never happen to our doors.
